It is believed that any artifacts you make with an old Comorne Forge will grant stronger level artifacts, as if the Comorne Forge itself could go level up, or something.”

CR: “That sounds… Not THAT weird. I mean, it is Monochrome technology right?”

SC: “Negative! It was made by the Croakers! You know, our employees? They gave it to the king and queen when they got combined! As a gift!”

CR: “Huh… I did not know that.”

SC: “Ok Cerulean, feed the metal to the Forge now!”
